We combine the mid-parental height formula with Khamis-Roche style adjustments. Studies show these methods are typically within ±5 cm of actual adult height for most teens. Predictions sharpen as you age (less remaining growth = more deterministic).
What does the AI actually do with my selfie?
GPT-4o vision estimates your age and sex to skip onboarding questions. Then DALL·E 3 generates a 'future you at 25' portrait based only on neutral descriptors (hair color, eye color) — never ethnicity. Selfie is stored privately for 30 days then auto-deleted.
Can I really still grow taller?
It depends on your age and growth plate status. Most height gains happen before 18 for boys and 16 for girls. Tallevate estimates remaining potential based on your stage and shows which habits — sleep, nutrition, posture — affect the outcome.
